You choose from the range of Modulo designs or bring your own design. We make it and assist with organising your transport to your site. We recommend this option when your project consists of only one module.

Plug-and-play
You choose from the range of Modulo designs or bring your own design. We manufacture, transport, unload and assemble at your site. Your utility hook-ups (electricity, phone, data, water) and site works are performed by third parties to your needs under your own contracts.
C
Turn-key solution
You choose from the range of Modulo designs or bring your own design. We do everything else. This full-service option includes manufacturing, transport, unloading, assemble and site-based utility connections (electricity, phone, data, water) and civil works.
3. Your Modulo journey
There are five things to know about your Modulo journey

The Modulo platform options are pre-designed, pre-engineered and prebuilt by our amazing team to ensure quality and to save you time.

The Modulo custom option involves working closely with you or your architect to define the project goals and analyse specific zoning regulations to understand the site parameters.

Modulo homes are built in the Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes District areas and available to most places in New Zealand.

Modulo can transport the different parts of a project from our factory or workshop and easily assembly them into a complete building once they arrive to the final site. The modules have many possible dimensions, with a maximum of 60sqm each.
5.
Your Modulo journey ends when your chosen level of service has been delivered.
